Poor Luca got hit by the chicken pox last weekend. Well actually he already had it for a while (incubation time) but on sunday it manifested itself through his body. Since we have mosquito’s every now and then I first thought that this where bites of the critters. He had them in Greece as well and got similiar symptoms.
I used some cream that is supposed to work with mosquito bites and reduces the itchy feeling. That all didn’t help, yesterday his mother found out at the doctor’s place that it’s actually chicken pox. A lot of children get this and is quite harmless but gives an itchy feeling and a little raise of temperature. So Luca got some medicine for it from the doctor which should reduce the itchy feeling. Hopefully he will get over it soon so that he can go out and play with other kids again.
