Today i will be paintballing in Spaarnwoude, with a bunch of friends. So that will be a long day running, jumping, ducking, getting hit ;-). As a precaution i took extra clothes with me, some extra normal shoes (now i have boots with me). So wish me luck !
Edit: Well today i had paintballed, we arrived at 13.00 at the location and waited for my collegue {thanks avi (: }.
After that we had an little word with one of the marshall’s which explained how things worked, how the gun worked etc. (We wore combat clothing so you wouldn’t be seen easily). After that a other marshall took us to field one on which we played "center flag" (take the flag and bring it to your opponents base). Nobody scored, we all died or failed due timeloss. After that we played team capture the flag (bring your flag to the enemy base). In this play the blue team won (my team). Three of us (Myst and me included) took a hike to the left and defend that position , we stopped some blanc advances, and we suspect them having the flag of their team along since nobody saw their flag…. So nice one 
Then we had a little break and took our third mission "Black hawk
down". 4 guys in a helicopter, the reinforcements from a place in the
woods and some terrorirsts. The three of us (Again Myst and me ) took a
hike to our left again, and i was shot before i could fire a round (the
enemy was closer then expected, also i lost the other guys since they
stopped suddenly). Well though luck, after that the roles were turned,
Myst, me and 4 others were in a corner, near the helicopter, attacking
it, and any person which came near. Again i got hit, but not before i
shot 2 people of the opponents. I was reinstated to get back in the
field (had many paints left), went back into my position and started
shooting at the helicopter since a friend of mine (Kee) was shooting
from the helicopter at me, he got some paint in his hair (sorry kee)
and i was not hit as far as i know.
The final game was teamdeathmatch, kill anyone you mee. My team went
along with Myst and me (we realised that when we were hiding behind
some trees). I advanded and send some guys to the front { not that they
did listen anyway } and issued some people that they should get down
because the enemy was near.. 
Nobody won that game since everyone with paints was sent back into the
field, i took 4 hits that game… but hit some guys as well.
WHile that being done, we were having a BBQ really nice and tastefull food.
Need to play that again someday… Thanks for the day guys (Myst and the rest).
